August 2018 brings us once again to mount and back month! This means setting aside preconceived notions about the positions in order to fully explore them from a fundamental point of view, along with reviewing tips and tricks to make your dominant positions even more crushing. We’ll also cover escapes and survival, so both sides are in our thought processes. All level 2 and level 4 BJJ classes will focus on the mount and back.
