Conditioning Month

November is here! We’re celebrating all month long with a focus on conditioning in all Level 2 classes. You can expect to see some new body weight drills, a bit of  kettle bell inspired work, and plenty of body conditioning. Join us all month long and spend time on conditioning drills that will reinforce all of your Muay Thai skills!
