December 2022 brings another year-end to Revolution BJJ, and another opportunity for us to focus all of our regularly scheduled adult BJJ classes on two closely connected positions:  butterfly and half guard. For this month, we’re looking at how to establish and maintain both positions, how they’re connected, and what to do (submit, sweep, or otherwise improve your position) from both points of view.

Revolution BJJ is currently able to accept vaccinated visitors.  Please bring proof of vaccination with you to the front desk upon arrival.
