July in Richmond brings hot weather outside, but inside it’s all about one position: the closed guard.

The closed guard is a staple of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We’ll cover both very classic and unorthodox attacks for submissions, sweeps, and back takes all month long, both with and without the gi.

All of our regularly scheduled adult BJJ classes (all level 1, 2, and 4) will cover closed guard.
