Summer time is for kickin’ it, and June at Revolution will be no different. All Level 2 Muay Thai classes in June will be focusing on kick defense. There are many layers to defending the kick – catches, evasions, throws, and variations on the shield. Come train with us and drill some old go-to moves, and learn a few new ones!
