August 2019 is different for us this year – we are running our no-gi month for the hottest month of the year (a departure from our normal No-gi November). All level 1.5, level 2, and level 4 BJJ classes will focus on all things leglock: basic straight ankle, toe hold, kneebar, heel hook, and calf slicer attacks; plus defenses, combinations, and counters to all major attacks.
