No-Gi August, and Leglocks

August at Revolution BJJ is a special month for us, for we take off the gi and focus on leglocks.

Leg attacks are incredibly important in jiu jitsu. Neglecting the bottom half of the human body isn’t something we’re remotely interested in, so we’ll have plenty of straight ankle lock basics and defenses, along with introductions to heel hooks, kneebars, calf slicers, and other common leg submissions. 

All of our regularly scheduled adult BJJ classes (all level 1, 2, and 4) will cover leglocks, and all of these classes will take place without the gi for the entire month of August.
