Revolution BJJ continues with our innovative educational concept: no-gi November, a month wherein all level 2 and level 4 classes will be without the gi (uniform)! The technical theme will be leglock attack and defense, and will include the straight ankle lock (also called “straight footlock”), the heel hook, kneebar, toe hold, and calf slicer, among others. Emphasis will be placed on how to train safely with these submissions, how to use them effectively in competition, what’s legal and what’s not, and how to escape and prevent the submission.
If you’re an experienced student and are looking to check us out, go here. If you’re new to BJJ (or rusty), go here.
