February 2025 brings a new monthly theme. Appropriately, we are inverting last month’s theme (guard maintenance) and flipping the script. Now that everyone is good at maintaining their guards, we turn our attention to passing.

All of our regularly scheduled adult BJJ classes (all level 1, 2, and 4) will cover guard maintenance for the month of February.
