As we leave no-gi August behind and put the gis back on, armbars take center stage.

We’ll cover how to maintain a good armbar finish position, executing the submission, escapes, and lots of different set-ups. Armbars are among the most diverse classes of submissions, and they’re everywhere!

All of our regularly scheduled adult BJJ classes (all level 1, 2, and 4) will cover armbars.
